The Polonia Palace Hotels’s stylish exterior conceals a selection of modern and fully-equipped conference spaces, designed to meet our guests business and professional needs – as past events have shown us, guest satisfaction is a sure thing!
With eight conference rooms spread over 525 sqm, the hotel plays host to conferences attended by up to 350 people. Our guests have found the conference rooms themselves to be warm and comfortable, and yet still top-notch in terms of multi-media requirements. Amenities include a large screen (4 X 4.25) for back projection, air-conditioning and modern technical equipment and subtly-concealed control panels. A 24-hour Business Center is located in the hotel lobby, and based on the specific needs of our guests and conference attendees, it offers usage in three languages (Polish, English and German), full technical service and professional support.
Also at the disposal of business guests is the elegant Ludwikowska Ballroom, which has often been set up with sound equipment, a large screen and lighting suitable for a conference, a speech, an awards dinner, or a post-conference meet-and-greet.
